Very good food and good service. They gave us three pieces of fish instead of the two because that the normal pieces would of been bigger. This was very nice of them to do that for us.

Thrilled that they have an outdoor patio that allowed us to have our dog and enjoy dinner outside on a 33 degree day before catching our ferry. The food, service and prices were great. I will pass along their name to the other traveling dog owners I know who frequent the island and are tired of the ferry food options.

We went shopping at Tawassen Mills and stopped over for lunch at Harry Fish & Chips. We ordered Halibut with Caesar Salaad and Ling Cod with chips. Absolutely very delicious, thinly battered, very good size fish and well done. Very nice and clean restaurant , nice sitting area and friendly service.

I was skeptical, the Brits are not really famous for their food hah. But this place was good, and very reasonably priced. If you like fish and chips, you can’t miss. They also have reasonably priced beer which is nice. House lager was 6 for a pint. The first time I’ve had a side of coleslaw that was actually fresh and not poured out of a bulk package. I would return for sure. Ate everything and don’t feel bloated, which is great.

Finally found a fish and chips shop that transports you straight to a seaside town in England! From the moment you walk in, everything feels authentically British - the crispy golden batter on the fish is absolutely perfect, with that satisfying crunch that gives way to flaky, tender fish inside. The chips are exactly as they should be - thick cut, fluffy on the inside, and golden brown on the outside. But it’s not just the food that makes this place special. The mushy peas are spot on (and I say this as someone who’s had them in proper English chippies), and they even do the curry sauce right. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and the fish tastes incredibly fresh. The atmosphere captures that cozy, no-nonsense feel of a traditional British chippy. You can tell the owners really care about getting every detail right - from the newspaper wrapping to the proper vinegar on the counter. It’s comfort food at its finest, the kind that makes you feel satisfied and happy. If you’re craving authentic fish and chips or want to experience what all the fuss is about, this is your place. It’s like taking a mini holiday to England without leaving town. Absolutely brilliant!

WOW this cook really knows how to cook each dish. The fish and chips were out of this world...Simply the BEST fish and chips I’ve ever had! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Harry’s Fish and Chips commitment to serving high-quality, sustainable seafood. They use quality ingredients and you can really taste the difference. The batter was perfectly crispy, providing that satisfying crunch with every bite and the batter wasn’t too heavy. The fish (cod and halibut) was tender and flaky inside, with a satisfyingly crisp and golden-brown batter on the outside. It was clear that the fish had been freshly prepared, contributing to its succulent texture. The chips were perfectly golden and fluffy. You can't have the fish and chips without their homemade tartar sauce...it’s insanely good! The onion rings had a crisp coating and were fried to golden perfection. The mushy peas and curry sauce were so flavourful and a great accompaniment to the fish and chips. The flavors and textures of both created a satisfying contrast. The chicken wings created a flavour explosion with every bite. Their battered mushrooms are coated in a light and crispy batter, creating a satisfying crunch with every bite. The New York cheesecake was a slice of pure comfort - rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgence. This place is a perfect place to get the best crispy, delicately battered, fried fish in town, period. The staff provided outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. Such a hidden gem for fish and chips. We were truly wowed by the high standard of our meal.
